Des started out as a child playing any sport possible and trying them all. Being active was a passion from the playground. It morphed into becoming a stand out volleyball player at Western Michigan University going on to be a MAC Champion. Once her time with volleyball was over, she took her passion for sports and training for them into training for a different stage as a bodybuilder. Des went on to become an IFBB BIkini Pro in 2018, and became a first time mom in 2020. Life has changed, and with all experiences so has her coaching and personal approach to fitness. She is now a proud mom of 2, who is loving the journey she's on.

Growing up in Switzerland, Stefi’s childhood was filled with icy activities from snowboarding to ice skating, ice hockey onto skateboarding and basketball. Playing as a point guard for one of the biggest teams at 12 years old, her time ended with a knee injury which led her to the need of building her strength back up with weight lifting. That’s when she discovered her passion for the gym. 13 years fully committed to fitness and the health space, she decided to turn her passion and experience into her career. Stefi is a mom of two who had to learn the hard way what it means to get lost in a new chapter of life, so she made it her mission to help women navigate their journey living a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

Stefi thrives on leg day. Deadlifts make her feel like hulk - but in a good way. Surprisingly, as much as she loves a good lower body pump, she fell in love with the bench press too. Strong babes never neglect their upper body.

Emily was never a sports chick - truly she just didn’t have that competitive edge when it came to the game. What she did have a desire to be the best version of herself, and started with working out in high school. You name it, she’s done it; spinning to Pilates, boxing to TRX, sprinting to rowing to lifting - if she’s moving her body she’s happy. In 2018 she began teaching group fitness classes and in 2019 started her own private nutrition coaching. Now as a mom of two boys and wife of a contractor she hasn’t lost sight of prioritizing her health and fitness, even though it looks a little different! When she is at her best, she shows up better for her family, and that’s the most important.

If you are ready to get out of your own way and ditch the old diet narratives, Emily is your girl. She loves giving women a strong foundation in nutrition knowledge and a mindset change that will leave you feeling confident in any situation life throws you. As a fellow mom, she understands having to balance a lot of things and wear many hats, especially in a busy season of life. You deserve to look and feel your best - let’s level up together!

I love to hit those glutes and hammies! Anything that gives me a glute pump will put a pep in my step that day. I also love a good conditioning day each week to humble me; I have a particular playlist that gets me pumped and leaves me dripping with endorphins

Kels discovered her passion for helping others mend their relationship with food when she took a job at a residential mental health facility when she lived in Nashville in 2019. Since then, she has made it her mission to change clients restrictive perspectives and feel confident around food and in their bodies! Through the years, she picked up extra experience working amongst many private practices working one on one with clients who want to learn about and feel confident in their intuitive eating skills.
