Des started out as a child playing any sport possible and trying them all. Being active was a passion from the playground. It morphed into becoming a stand out volleyball player at Western Michigan University going on to be a MAC Champion. Once her time with volleyball was over, she took her passion for sports and training for them into training for a different stage as a bodybuilder. Des went on to become an IFBB BIkini Pro in 2018, and became a first time mom in 2020. Life has changed, and with all experiences so has her coaching and personal approach to fitness. She is now a proud mom of 2, who is loving the journey she's on.

Emily was never a sports chick - truly she just didn’t have that competitive edge when it came to the game. What she did have a desire to be the best version of herself, and started with working out in high school. You name it, she’s done it; spinning to Pilates, boxing to TRX, sprinting to rowing to lifting - if she’s moving her body she’s happy. In 2018 she began teaching group fitness classes and in 2019 started her own private nutrition coaching. Now as a mom of two boys and wife of a contractor she hasn’t lost sight of prioritizing her health and fitness, even though it looks a little different! When she is at her best, she shows up better for her family, and that’s the most important.

I love to hit those glutes and hammies! Anything that gives me a glute pump will put a pep in my step that day. I also love a good conditioning day each week to humble me; I have a particular playlist that gets me pumped and leaves me dripping with endorphins.

Camille has been active for as long as she can remember—whether it was chasing a soccer ball or keeping up with her three older brothers. In high school, she worked out regularly, but mostly stuck to the cardio section, thinking that’s what “fitness” was supposed to look like. Slowly she started to explore the weight room and got out of her ‘cardio bunny’ phase. She quickly fell in love with strength training—the rush of getting stronger, the idea of building a healthy, capable body for her future kids and family. But somewhere along the way, that passion turned into obsession. She was overexercising, under-fueling, and ignoring what her body was trying to tell her. Eventually, Camille learned that true strength isn’t just about lifting heavier—it’s about balance. Now, she trains to feel her best, not punish her body. She fuels it with what it needs, rests when she needs to, and helps other women find that same balance so they can feel strong, confident, and truly healthy—inside and out.

Bella got into fitness about 10 years ago and started taking it more seriously about the last 7-8 years. She began her journey teaching various group fitness formats, including cycling, HIIT, bootcamp, barre, and yoga. However, she quickly realized her passion lay in helping people—especially women—on a deeper, more impactful level. In 2018, she transitioned into personal training. After experiencing a few back injuries herself, she developed a deep appreciation for corrective exercises and mobility. Since then, she has helped over 100 women build strength, boost their confidence, and become the best versions of themselves. She is now a new mom of an (almost 1-year-old) baby boy and after being pre & postpartum she has gained an even greater passion for moms and busy women while understanding the importance of taking care of yourself.
