Des started out as a child playing any sport possible and trying them all. Being active was a passion from the playground. It morphed into becoming a stand out volleyball player at Western Michigan University going on to be a MAC Champion. Once her time with volleyball was over, she took her passion for sports and training for them into training for a different stage as a bodybuilder. Des went on to become an IFBB BIkini Pro in 2018, and became a first time mom in 2020. Life has changed, and with all experiences so has her coaching and personal approach to fitness. She is now a proud mom of 2, who is loving the journey she's on.

Tish wasn’t always someone who enjoyed working out. Truly she decided to get into fitness after failing so miserably at 9 round. Realizing she needed to take her health into her own hands, she began learning everything she could and becoming a wealth of knowledge about all things fitness. After dabbling for awhile I’m running (3 half marathons and countless 5/10ks) she realized that she wanted to try something new and was introduced to strength training. Finally she felt free until she felt confused about how she was going to safely workout during pregnancy. Realizing that there were no programs out there for moms, she decided to learn and study motherhood fitness and has not looked back since. She is a true testament that you don’t have to start out in fitness in order to fully embrace it.

Jenn played sports her whole life! Was a top athlete since the age of 10 and went on to play college softball at Eastern Michigan. Once she graduated, she felt her time wasn’t finished with athletics and took on personal training. She transitioned into online coaching after having an online coach herself, competed in a bikini competition and built her brand as an athletic personal trainer helping her clients move and feel better about their bodies.

Since then, she has made it her mission to change clients restrictive perspectives and feel confident around food and in their bodies! Em started changing her life at 18 years old. She found herself in a cycle of poor habits (Taco Bell every day) and decided she wanted to make a change. She went to college at Central Michigan University, studying nutrition, and everything she learned she applied to her own life. She started strength training as a freshman in college and remembers how intimidating it can be to be just starting. Em and Des met online when they both competed in Michigan bikini competitions in 2016.
Emily says made many mistakes throughout her fitness journey and is here to help you skip over them!She has been working on her fitness journey since 2013 and she has a lot of education and experience to help you make long term progress.

After being very active in high school (participating in marching band, cheerleading, softball, and bowling), Mariah became more sedentary in college. She found herself struggling during her freshman year and would go to the campus gym to relieve stress. Unfortunately, it took many years of yo-yo dieting, restrictive diets, and two-a-days to realize that she was doing it all wrong and burning herself out. Wanting to improve her own fitness, she started pursuing a personal training certification. Around this same time, she started bodybuilding style workouts which were a complete game changer. She pursued a new goal of feeling strong and fit, instead of focusing on her size. Soon after, she found DBFT and enrolled in DBFT challenges from 2019 until 2022 when she became a coach.
